What's Buzz-worthy: If you're an LSU or Joe Burrow fan, this an A+ box considering the price -- and it might even be one no matter who you are looking for. (It was light on my team -- this time -- but three cards of the No. 1 pick with two of those being parallels is impressive. Atop that, the auto might be the best one I've seen through three of these as that's Randy Moss' kid ... so he'll always have some cardboard attention no matter what he does. As said before, this release gets a top grade from me because it's one that takes the bigness of college football but breaks it down into several smaller sets with stronger checklists and offers up a wide variety of looks at those elite players in their school colors. Why does this work for me? More shots at the few names I want -- and they can arrive pretty well here. (Almost to the point where I'd want to do a team break of this release in bulk or maybe just a player draft -- two things just not easily do-able with most football releases but seem perhaps more possible here.) Value-wise? We'll see ... stuff that's easily found tends to be cheaper in terms of secondary market values unless a guy is red-hot ... and even over time their NFL stuff will get attention first unless you're a college collector. (I'm more that guy.) ... Big-hit chasers and cash-seeking flippers should hit hobby boxes for their biggest bang for their buck. Parallels here include Red, Green and Blue while there also appear to be other potential finds here and plenty more in hobby boxes. The breakdown here is pretty even, though the Crown Royale cards are most-plentiful. (Why? I'm not sure ... maybe this one was made to not be an exclusive and they were made earlier than everything else?) I really need to examine the checklist closer for this one -- it seems like it's a jam-packed project but in a good way ... and I'm not even talking about hits. I'd be inclined to potentially chase entire simpler-card player runs out of this one -- and I feel like I have a ton for my guys here out of just two boxes. (Wish I had grabbed more.)

Product Grade: A+
Box Grade:
A (an absolute A+ if you're an LSU or Joe Burrow fan)
Fun Grade: A-
