What's Buzz-worthy: The mix is fun here but this box just felt a little flat considering all of the potential -- at least for me, more of a casual NASCAR watcher needing big names rather than being a week-in, week-out diehard follower. The Prime-branded hit is a good thing here -- if the swatch was something premium. This feels a lot like most hits, just with a slightly larger window. The Hailie Deegan appearance helps, especially on an Optichrome-stock card, and then a numbered parallel helped out some ... just didn't feel like an A-blaster this time to me. (I do think this is a brand to buy in bulk and hope for some big-name streaks to happen within them.) ... As said last time, the Chronicles brand takes to the track for the first time with some key newcomers in the mix here that help things out some -- but not as RC-meaty as things are elsewhere -- and with a hit guaranteed in every box ... something not seen elsewhere. However, these boxes are small and there might be some names you might not want to see line up in bulk. ... I liked the minimalist Chronicles base set presence here and I like that these are not forced into all cards being part of a main set. There are a lot of possible finds here (all the info is on an unreadable bottom panel of the box) and I got a solid mix. If the hits here can cough up premium-color patch cards and autos that carry a premium feel (other brands have in the past), then these are a no-brainer. Hobby boxes should be a first option if you're sold ... if you just want to dabble with NASCAR these smaller boxes can be fun.
