What's Buzz-worthy: They camped out, bought their kids to buy more and left nothing big for the kids but I might have gotten the last laugh pulling a Tom Brady Bronze out of a single pack since it was a limit-two scenario and I needed something else to go with this. (OK, probably not a last laugh ... but I liked that find.) Chronicles is a brand I ripped a boatload of for NBA and college football in this past year (pre-campers) but not this time as these are moving well with a loaded crop of rookies found un multiple sets in this all-in-one release. It looks like you get one Optichrome stock card per pack here (this one a Dynagon) and these are the exclusive home for Omega cards though neither of those old Pacific looks are high on my like list but this brand is ... the ability to stockpile a rookie you might like here with multiple appearances per box and then parallels and hits atop that makes this one fun. Since stuff isn't all that tough to pull here, I'll just grab singles for names I like later ... unless I happen upon some boxes of this one. It's a fun break with good money potential but I'm not ripping into pricey NFL boxes for cash cards as a collector. Flippers are liking this one in the short-term but I'll play the long game on this one and grab what I like when they've moved on to other new stuff. Hit those hobby boxes up top for a shot at some big stuff in this one. For $6 this pack delivered a lot but I don't think I would have aced it without the Brady ... after all, that's one in 100 packs ... perhaps more if they Bronzed other cards in this one. With that in mind, I think a future move to make this one a more valuable brand (across the board, beyond hits) would be to make stuff harder to pull by making all of the sets included much larger -- that would make the basic stuff tougher pulls more like it was on the Brady here. With the variety of what's included it would still be very good with even more possibilities in every pack.
