What's Buzz-worthy: This brand is a go-to for me with two autos per blaster and a relatively tight design that includes a good amount of past and present players and a volume of inserts that offers some variety, too. (I'd always take more but I think these break a bit better than its NFL counterpart in blaster form.) I didn't land anything big here ink-wise -- one of the players was drafted, one was not -- but the Mahomes appearance didn't hurt and there are some decent names among the inserts rookie-wise. These boxes might not fly off shelves as fast as Prizm Draft but they are solid buys -- best in bulk or rip this one in hobby to give yourself the best shot at the biggest-name autos. ... As I said last time, the design here feels a little more comfortable than last year, yet it just feels like there needs to be more here -- probably less of a concern if you're ripping into hobby boxes where the ink leads the way and volume of everything is up. This one gives a clean presentation of NCAA football -- past and present -- with a chance for a decent return. I do think this brand is one that could use more plain draft picks cards instead of relegating those guys to the autographs and inserts, though. That's a move that could really improve the breaks here.
