What's Buzz-worthy: Maybe it's the reality of a one-hit-points box here vs. my last break of this one, but this one felt like a bummer of sorts. I ended up turning my points into a semi-rare non-hit NBA card -- not the best pickings out there for low points and then paying shipping and handling -- but we'll see if this box feels stronger after the NFL Draft starts on Thursday. As I mentioned last time, these boxes seem loaded up with the volume -- twice the size of a blaster but three times as many Draft Picks and insert cards -- and, while the blasters that are delivering ink every time are not marked as guaranteeing anything, these boxes are marked as having an auto per and can also deliver two. Not this time ... just points. These are priced like a double blaster and actually deliver more cards than a hobby box. They're also the home of Red parallels, which I had wondered about after not seeing them out there before these arrived -- they are a natural color of parallel for a number of top teams out there. This box was lean on my team's/conference's top stars -- and I'm still 0-for-Tua this year in this brand -- but there's really good potential here if you land those top names in color spots.
