What's Buzz-worthy: My second blaster of this one was pretty good on the rookie front and that's a good thing because that run of base cards perhaps couldn't get any rougher. That will happen in a larger set with so few cards per pack and that's a reason to be ripping into this one in a larger format. The Ruggs is a key card for me this time, though I'm not sure this is an A box, though the Emergent insert is nice. You are guaranteed Lazer Prizms typically five per box and then three Rookie Cards. Sometimes those Lazers will be rookies, too, and that seems to have saved this one here. As mentioned, last time, Blasters are the home to Silver, Red, Blue and Lazer Prizms and it doesn't appear that the inserts are paralleled here based on the inclusions panel on the box. I think I like this design better than last year but will dabble more with Optic than this one, despite it being a scorcher already. Prizm is always a favorite but it doesn't always deliver as much variety and fun stuff in a box -- Prizm is a little stingier and that helps the secondary values atop high demand. Without the hitting every blaster this year as a safety net, I might look to the hangers for a little more variety, though they appear to have fewer Rookie Cards. Best advice? Grab it if you find it or do hobby for the safest rip.
