What's Buzz-worthy: These deliver similarly to past years -- a bunch of inserts and parallels and perhaps a few variations every time -- and they're still a fun rip without hits every time. Why? The mix. Variations aren't as obviously spotted on the card fronts this time -- if you flip them over and see the back photo lined with checkered flags then you have an SP. They are noted in the gallery below for 10 drivers but it appears those cards have parallels, too. (I'd assume across the board on all versions but have not seen that noted anywhere officially.) The Bubba Wallace SP here was obvious based on the oddity of the photo -- he's skydiving with the Air Force -- while the Deegan, a solid find, is more subtle. (In past years for Prizm and Donruss there have been simple indicators like the text's alignment on the card fronts.) This box was a solid one to me with those two cards but it also included a numbered card -- one per may be the blaster norm this year based on my experiences so far (more boxes to come). If you like what you see here but want more chase and guaranteed ink, hit that link up top for a hobby box. They look like they could deliver pretty well for NASCAR fans as well as flip-minded hit-chasers. The mix of past, present and future stars here is one that is strong -- and it may feel like its plentiful now. But, once they dry up (and they could given demand for pretty much anything on Prizm stock these days) there could be some money made on key names' mid-range rare stuff as well as the obvious scarce cards and hits.
