What's Buzz-worthy: My second and likely final of this one delivered half as many Rookie Cards and fewer insert cards this time so it wasn't a flashy box at all -- but it was still loaded with some all-time greats to keep it better than an average box. These Target-only boxes don't have friendly odds -- more than one in 100 packs for some no-frills Refactor types and autographs start at one in 41. The key on these in my mind is the Rookie Card presence and that was rough this time leaving most of the heat here for notables from past All-Star events. As an exclusive, I think this one could use a lot more color -- load 'em up -- since it's its own contained entity at retail and that would make this a really, really fun rip if it had that presence given the odds on ink. You can land printing plates, autos, Supers and more ... all here but with odds that seem too long.

Box Grade: B- (solid run on past-star base cards but lean on RCs ... and more veterans than last time)
