What's Buzz-worthy: Chrome's return has some stiff odds on color Refractors in any pack format -- including hobby boxes -- but this one is perhaps the easiest if you're deadset on pulling some numbered Refactors from packs. These $10 packs deliver them starting at one in 19 packs for Greens which is much lower than other formats but still a little closely aligned price-wise. These are essentially three packs in one (volume-wise) and I landed two inserts in one pack and three in another ... so they are around what packs would include, too, but with the others being more of a sure thing. (One standard Refractor in every pack ... so anything here delivering less than three inserts isn't as strong.) The odds in this format do appear to include everything, so if you're hitting the card aisle and coming up short this could be a long-shot grab for a strong release -- I wouldn't expect to land something every time but stuff like Superfractors and ink is possible. I'd definitely go hobby boxes first with this one -- two autos every time is worth it -- and then probably blasters just for the safety in numbers. These packs would be my last direction to look -- unless I was somehow buying a case of this one. In that volume, it seems like there could be potential here with those odds ... and remember there are even tougher color parallels of the variations, ink and more here. More volume means more safety and more likelihood of finding them. Hit the link above for hobby for sure.
