What's Buzz-worthy: My first impression here -- for blaster boxes -- wasn't a good one as my first box (you'll see later) included just two insert cards and three SPs. This one had three decent inserts and three SPs but a strong crop of Rookie Cards that saved it all if you ask me. It seems like there's a little less variety on the inserts/SPs front this year though that might be, in part, because this is a general blaster and not a Target or Walmart version, which figures to add one exclusive card. (And perhaps more?) I think this year's Heritage is a definite upgrade over last year's first series, though the black borders will create challenges if you do the whole grading game. (They are relatively cleanly done ... but still could be tough in top grades.) The rookies, Torres, Bichette and Morrison are highlights in my mind here -- helping get it an A mark -- but it still feels like blasters need more. We'll see if I feel the same way ripping into a Walmart version here soon -- and my hobby box is also in transit. I'll rip more but I have a feeling you will have more safety in numbers -- either box formats with more packs (hobby or megas to come) or with more cards (hangers).
