What's Buzz-worthy: My last time ripping into a blaster of this one was rough -- rough enough to almost scare me off -- but this one drew me right back in with the first pack ... a Ronald Acuña Jr. Mini parallel that's one in 457 packs or one in 58 boxes. That one card gets this box an A+ ... I've pulled Minis here in the past but never an A-list player. Big win for me this time. The RC crop was very rough in this one -- just two cards so a bit of a fail considering the rookie crop in this one -- but there were some decent names elsewhere but nothing big. Without that Mini? Probably a B at best but one card can make a break. ... As said in a previous break of this one, my overall impression this year is that this one is an improvement over last year's first series -- and I like the 1971 design a bit better -- but the odds on more basic inserts can make for some lean results at times with smaller box formats. ... Hit that link up top to see the variations galleries -- there's some fun stuff this year -- and see more of what I like in this one by clicking here.
