What's Buzz-worthy: I did a draft-your-box case break of this over on BlowoutTV ... but got the last pick (a non-pick) so this one drops here as a merely a standard Buzz Break. They left me a pretty solid box with a Chrome, a Refractor and a Relic -- one of the ways these boxes can over-deliver. Unlike past years, this one actually appears to be delivering more than one hit somewhat regularly -- there were a few in this case -- and nearly all boxes will include Luis Robert. The RC crop here is deep in its volume but Robert feels like the biggest RC by far ... for now. Good RC volume is always a plus over time. This box wasn't super-flashy but then again this brand isn't that every single time. If this one arrives at retail -- it hasn't yet -- I may rip more but these hobby boxes are easily the safe way to go as they typically include a variation of some sort in nearly every box. (This one didn't have that but had the Chromes.) I'm not sure how I will rip Heritage into the 1970s after this year -- some work for me, many don't -- but there are enough quirks with variations and hits to keep things interesting. Recent years of Heritage High have had better rookie crops but this one still will get it done with some luck. Check out that autograph checklist at the link above ... and, again, remember that cases are delivering extra hits regularly. I'd watch this one as the new stuff arrives and consider it closely if the price dips ... it's worth the rip even if it doesn't.
Product Grade: A-
Box Grade: B+ (over-delivered on the Chrome stuff but still a bit dry this time)
Fun Grade: B+
