What's Buzz-worthy: I'm continuing my smaller, cheaper breaks of recent-year releases and revisited this one since it's a slightly tweaked version of Update that includes more nods to the past -- particularly All-Stars and the Home Run Derby -- than usual ... and in some cases I like that. In this case? I got at least one of the better cards on that front and then not one, not two but five Mike Trout cards ... in just eight packs. This one, which is typically a popular release for Rookie Card collectors, wasn't as meaty on that front for this one thanks in part to COVID deadlines and the player crop, but Nestor Cortes was among my RCs and not much else. ... This brand is one to dig in on with hobby or jumbo with some guaranteed hits and more inclusions -- if you land something rare the popularity of the brand certainly will help values here vs. elsewhere.

Box Grade: A- (lots of Trout, a Gold and Hall of Famers ... can be topped but not awful for bargain-bin price)
