What's Buzz-worthy: If you strike out at the retail card aisle, you might want to check for these -- there's a chance you'll still find ones with an exclusive pack of Topps baseball cards inside. (They won't last long if they are still around since baseball season is coming to an end.)  ... These snack packs are also the home to an exclusive Topps pack -- this year with a unique design unlike last year's base set-emulating cards with an Utz logo attached -- giving you just three cards from a meaty 100-card set that includes a number of stars as well as rookies. And that's the key here with RCs of Bo Bichette, Yordan Alvarez, Aristides Aquino, Nico Hoerner, Jesus Luzardo and Gavin Lux -- these have to be some of their rarer cards of the year ... right? (View the full checklist here.) My pack this time went the veteran route with two Phillies -- but at least one is of note -- so not the best pack. If you didn't know, Utz is a Hanover, Pa.-based snack-maker that's actually been around since 1921 and the company also has signed on to be the Official Salty Snack of Major League Baseball -- probably why this food-issue tie-in exists. These $5 packs could actually deliver big -- beyond the food -- as the rookies had some strong sales on eBay earlier in the year. Unopened packs also have been decent sellers since you can see who is on the tops easily.
