What's Buzz-worthy: I don't even really qualify as a soccer newb but this box was a fun one to rip as there's a good volume of color and inserts and pretty much everything here (though not all) is a Rookie Card. The formula is the same or similar as others but with this being the first Chrome set for the league I suspect it could be one that gets long-term attention. (I like the potential here simply on that front, not knowing much about the league or players here ... I suspect the soccer fans are either in hard or not, probably not much in between.) The auto here was a tough parallel -- one in every other case -- while the Fierce insert is found twice per case. I'll take it. I like the energy and designs for this one but do wish there was some kind of stat line on the backs of regular cards to let newbs like me see some numbers right off the bat to assess a player without reading the blurbs but that's probably not the norm for most rippers. The volume of color here was good and other finds here were not in every box (every second or third for some here) so that's also another sign of a good box. If another presents itself at a good price, I will perhaps rip it ... it's definitely cheaper than a lot of other Chrome Champions League releases. Is there big-time potential here? With some luck.
