What's Buzz-worthy: The formula here is very familiar even though the players might not be -- that's perhaps because they aren't draft-eligible until next year and 2024 for every player in this pack. (Both hits are 2023 guys.) The card quality and volume here is basically the same as the MLB release but here you get two hits at a price that's solid considering all of the prospect potential here along with shots at premium cardboard. (Hit the links up top to see all that was previewed as well as the cost.) I like the color and energy of Inception as long as the design isn't too muddy -- it's not this time, it's comfortable -- and the print quality here is one that makes these cards very gradable, too, with their on-card autos. Will there be NBA guys in this set? It's quite possible if not a lock (I'm not a big prospector) but I like the potential and the price along with the visuals here -- this one has more visual ariety than the Chrome release, though the images in this box are nearly all studio photos. All in all, I like the feel here for that price. My rarest card here is one in 51 packs while there are definitely tougher and more-advanced cards to be found. That one made this a cool box but yours could be even better as there are printing plates, booklets, ball cards, sneaker cards, patches and more in store.
