What's Buzz-worthy: This pack is fresh from a Blowout MegaMix box and it defied the odds with a one-per-box parallel inside of a guy who is a first-time card in this one. Arias made his MLB debut this season but hasn't really made a mark at all at any level in 2022 despite being a top-five prospect in the organization per MLB Pipeline. A typical box of this one includes 15 parallels or so (12 Sky Blue, two Blue, one Yellow) so the odds aren't dramatically against something being found in a single pack but I think I could have had rougher finds to some degree. Who are some of the better names here? Julio Rodriguez, Bobby Witt Jr., Jasson Dominguez, C.J. Abrams, Pete Crow-Armstrong, Oneil Cruz, Wander Franco, Adley Rutschman, Austin Martin, Blaze Jordan, Anthony Volpe, Reid Detmers and others. Generally, these parallel releases don't do a ton for me -- that's why I never chased any -- but landing color for some of these names could do very well. In theory, my parallel likely pays for the pack ... maybe more if he plays better. (It would have for sure back upon arrival.) These also offer up autographs -- with color -- at longer odds but I wouldn't expect them in any single pack or box. But the potential is there.
