What's Buzz-worthy: I finally got my hands on a couple of these bot-loved boxes this year and was rewarded for the wait with an autograph (one in 15 packs or one in eight boxes) and some decent names from the prospects though most were not first-time Bowman card appearances. The Bowman packs here are just the basics so the chase falls in the two Mega Box packs that have a different texture than the standard stuff. Was it an exciting rip? Not really for me but I can see how prospectors and ripper/flippers might dig in and find some good runs here if they do some volume. There are plenty of Chrome parallels starting at one in 28 packs (14 boxes) and even higher odds for parallels of inserts. There are also image variations to chase in the Mega Box packs -- one in 310 for starters -- so if you don't land ink you might check codes on the backs of cards just to make sure you didn't find something simple that's rarer. I landed two severely miscut cards (tops of a couple of them were bottoms of the next card on the sheet) but that happens. I also had some rough centering on the standard stock cards, too, but I like the design so I perhaps overlooked it a little. The ink was a good find that made my dabbling here for you a little less rough had I struck out. Overall, for me, the odds of stuff here are a little high for my non-prospecting tastes but for those ripping and holding in bulk there's always some down-the-line potential.
