What's Buzz-worthy: Buzz got some sticker shock with this one at Walmart -- they're charging $29.98 for these -- after I had somebody grab one for me not knowing the price. Did it deliver vs. that initial perception? Perhaps with a Kyle Pitts RC and a Trevor Lawrence NFL Debut RC a bit but ... I'll admit I was underwhelmed. I think the design this year is improved over last year so that gets it a better grade but this brand that I ripped a ton of last year at a lower suggested retail price is likely a one-and-done for me this year. The Rookie Card volume here isn't bad from a 100-card run of basic RCs atop 200 cards. The subsets are pretty much broken down above save for Super Bowl MVPs and the parallels here are what these boxes are to deliver on the norm. Hangers also include rookie variations that have been the norm for Mosaic in the past. My inserts and parallels had some better names but not necessarily better value-stars for cards this time. As a casual NFL buyer -- though it's still one I buy more than others -- this one this time just didn't pack enough punch. Had this box been at a lower SRP of the past? Perhaps.

Product Grade: A (improved design gets it slightly better grade from me)
Box Grade: B- (couple of notable rookies helped with Walmart sticker shock but still not great)
