What's Buzz-worthy: My second one of these wasn't quite as much of a banger as my first -- it had Trevor Lawrence and Justin Fields back to back in a pack -- but this one did pack quite a bit of you're an Alabama collector. (It worked for me.) Overall? Perhaps closer to an average pack here, though this one delivered identically to my other pack in terms of the "what" was here -- just not as good on the "who" front. ... These packs are simplified this year -- 12 cards instead of three packs of four -- and that is a change that would be fine in the future if you ask me. The color parallels here are on par with past years but not really my favorite colors in the Prizm rainbow. The design is perhaps cleaner than last year but the lineup still feels a little too simple and some of the framework here feels stiff, overbearing or just a big plain depending on which subset it's from. All in all, it's not bad ... I just want more to chew on within the mix when it comes to variety. (I'm sure you get a little more of this in other formats.) I bought a boatload of this one last year before things started drying up big and new releases started being flipper-fests, but I'll probably just go singles here unless something really captures my attention or if they start leaving a lot more for the kids than a few single packs.
