What's Buzz-worthy: The basics are what's found here -- base cards, inserts and then Silver and Green Prizm parallels for all of them. The only things topping that are Green Pulsar parallels (/25 on all) and then autographs from four inked sets -- and they might only be Greens here based on the inclusions panel of the box. The Green Pulsars are definitely blaster-only finds. This box included a Rookie Card in every pack as well as an insert in every pack so I guess that spreads things out but the overwhelming feel I got here was a lot of base -- which is perhaps on par with the other sports' Prizm sets out there. (They can run a little dry at times which helps the big stuff deliver better money-wise when they arrive.) This one has some stronger photo editing if you ask me -- less distant imagery -- though UFC photos can be repetitive in any set. The design of the set is a standard but strong border with 100 cards standard and then 100 horizontal cards making up the base set -- all were equally found here for the base/RCs. I was a little surprised to happen upon this one but they could be arriving in waves like others Optichromed stock releases from Panini in the last year. Typically from what I have seen the volume of boxes for this one, the first UFC release for Panini, is far lower than, say, Select NFL ... at least so far. Hobby boxes are high-priced hit-fueled creations so these are your more affordable way to chase the basics ... or land some Green to maybe make some green. All in all, this should be a popular one and it has been based on big prices being paid on much of everything. I'm sure right now there's somebody in this box (or at worst a combo of a couple cards) that will make it a money-maker for those selling. I do feel like these perhaps could have used a little moe variety but I have probably said that about most Prizm boxes.
