What's Buzz-worthy: I still haven't gotten my hands on a blaster box of this one ... but baby steps I'm up to a hanger box from a single jumbo pack out there in the retail wild. (NFL is hot in my area right now ... gone before me to the campers/flippers.) The lineup here is pretty much the same as the jumbo packs but with a numbered parallel exclusive to just these boxes (a big deal if you pull a key rookie which could make these long-term sleepers) and then Purple parallels for both base and inserts here, too. I like the larger volume of everything here vs. the jumbo packs and there's perhaps a little more protection and mystery in this packaging, too. This pack was leaner on big stars in the base set than I had hoped for, but I landed at least one notable RC to help that and then some decent names among the inserts for sure. It's not super-flashy but there's enough to barely get this one an A in my book. I think this one is an upgrade vs. some recent years of Score design-wise, so I'll still rip more if/when it presents itself -- I actually prefer college unis for RCs in some instances and these work for me.
