What's Buzz-worthy: The Gold card here is one in 352 packs -- one in 20 boxes -- so that gets this one to an A-level box to me, though I don't see it as an overly flashy one. It's clean and a huge base set -- 200 cards -- that will take a few hobby boxes to build if you can avoid duplicates. There is plenty of color here but almost everything I pulled is relatively easy stats-wise -- just tougher to land any particular name with that big set. (I put the Pitch Prodigies cards in with the inserts as they seemed to be SPs in comparison to other cards but they are numbered as part of the set.) I didn't land the couple of rookies who are selling for more than others but I didn't see anything on the demand level as much as other Chrome soccer releases, either. For this not-even-a-newb ripper of soccer, it wasn't really a super-wowing box but it also wasn't bad, either. It does seem a lot more complete than some other MLS sets from the past so that likely helps the appeal to those who are regulars.
