What's Buzz-worthy: I really haven't opened a bad hobby box of Heritage yet this year and this is another A+ box with ink from an established slugger, a variation of a top rookie and a Chrome Refractor of a top rookie, too, that's one in 161 packs. The rest here was pretty standard -- in other words, pretty good -- with a super-saturated volume of RCs and stars (all with In Action cards) adding a lot of power to the mix. ... This one is lean on the star power in the SPs (a good thing to me, perhaps not to sellers) and then full of quirks and chase if you buy larger box sizes. The frames are colorful and quirky -- a little overwhelming on the shared RCs -- but this one is cleaner and crisper than the original and the high volume of rookies and stars makes the first series here very strong unlike the last couple years. Also, check the gallery ... there's one card of a notable young player who was mistakenly left out here who will appear in the High Number release later this year. All in all, this was another great box for a strong annual brand and I'm not done ripping into hobby boxes for this one.
