What's Buzz-worthy: This release is growing on me as it's the home of good stuff as long as you rip in some volume. These boxes are roughly the price of two blasters and have more packs, too, but aren't as large as a hobby box nor do they have guaranteed hits. They do guarantee some Chrome cards -- three inserted into packs not in a topper -- that can add some serious value if you land a big name. (I got a pretty strong RC parallel and a notable name among my three. The Hayes pays for a decent chunk of the box.) I'll be ripping another hobby box soon as I like this one as long as the pack volume is higher. Blasters can be hit and miss and feel like they need more. Box Grade: A- (strong RCs, Soto lid and a Blue RC didn't hurt)
Fun Grade: B+ (hobby is by far your best format to rip this one)
