What's Buzz-worthy: At a glance, this might not be the flashiest box but that hit is one in 16 boxes so that helps it get an above-average grade. It's not a great box but it's respectable with some potential, too. The base card run was pretty decent here with a good Dodgers presence, a Bo Bichette that hits a sweet spot for my personal tastes and then a decent showing for the parallels but no numbered versions. Value-wise on all this? It might be better than some but also not a huge box, though the McKay patch here is more of a premium piece -- others for this card have jersey or pants piping and not a full-on patch that's from the heart of the chest patch. It might be the lower part of the "R" as it heads toward the "A" in "Rays" -- a nice patch but not big enough to pay for the box. There is a ton of big stuff possible here -- check these out -- in both player selection and premium pieces and card types. I have had my best successes here doing breaks -- box drafts in particular -- though team case drafts might have some good potential, too. Doing just a single box will be hit and miss -- for example, two years ago I landed a Jeff McNeil auto in my box. The odds here aren't impossible for stuff but they are not super-easy, either ... check it out and see for yourself in the gallery. Aesthetically, I suspect this one will either appeal or it won't. Generally speaking, I have liked this brand during its run though some years are brighter and more appealing to me than others.
