What's Buzz-worthy: The last time I opened one of these, I landed a card of a Hall of Famer that was one in 24 boxes. This time? A little more back to reality ... but with a Chrome Refractor that's one in 96 packs but not a great name ... and there also wasn't a whole lot going on among the inserts other than a couple of names. I came close to calling this one an average box -- a C -- but the Chrome saved it. ... As I noted last time, I like the mini version of the Master Photos -- the originals were oversized with the card image actual size -- which are unwrapped box-toppers here. ... The stock here is the typical softer type with the gloss thick and strong, giving you a premium feel for a bargain price. Hobby boxes include a pair of on-card autos every time while the odds here are not as enticing but this one still has plenty to chase. This one is more of a collector release with some good potential with plenty of star power on the ink (big names likely quite rare in comparison to the many rookies who signed). ... As always, this brand showcases photos well -- a trend we should see everywhere if you ask me. Overall, this is a brand I like but I think it's best ripped in hobby as smaller boxes like this can be a lot more hit and miss.
