What's Buzz-worthy: My second one of these upped the ante a little bit with one rarer dual-auto card, but it may not feature guys in huge demand -- but it's still a solid find as those cards are one in 26 boxes. The second auto here also wasn't the norm -- this one is a Break Out auto (albeit a base version) -- while the Relic is one that, while it's single-color, does include a stripe in the texture of the jersey. All in all, not the biggest box here flash-wise, but a dual gets this box an A- from me. (Though I don't think it's one that will come out ahead price-wise.) ... As I noted last time, these boxes are high-risk, high-reward with a small stack of hits inside but monster potential with every box. (See the array of other possibilities in the odds panel below.) The finish here is a nice matte pearlized feel and aesthetically, I really like the look of things here vs. some other Tier One sets from the past. If you can, doing these a few boxes at a time or by the case is the safer way to go here -- safety in numbers -- as you should get the better boxes alongside the lesser ones. The checklist (link above) has some big potential on it with some young names and some good possibilities once you get into the autographed patches and other rarer finds. I do feel like this release could use a base set/parallel to add value to the boxes, especially as they are pricier than their start point.
