What's Buzz-worthy: My odds-defying run with these bargain-priced blasters came to an end with this one but college football season is coming and, well, this one is a go-to for me with that price point and the fact that stars playing on Saturdays are found here. This one still passed my Bryce Young Test with a side of Tua's brother for my school ties but definitely not as good as my previous one. Poke around to see several other breaks of this one. ... With fully licensed Topps college stuff in the future building upon this first release, these are a simple rip that offer an affordable longshot chase and collectors have found some genuinely big stuff in blasters. ... I was a little surprised to see this go retail but I'm glad it did as the Chrome element to this NIL release -- there are active college football stars here not just guys who were just drafted -- makes this one perhaps a leader of the pack for the new NCAA kind of cardboard.
