What's Buzz-worthy: You may have noticed the name change here -- "draft" isn't in there any more as this one includes possible draft picks as well as current NCAA guys on autograph/insert cards who will still be in the ranks this coming season. It's a move that's thanks to the new NIL rules allowing current athletes to do autograph deals. This one includes a lot of ink -- and you get three per blaster here at the standard $19.99 price -- so there's potential here if you're a prospector on the gridiron. I'm more of a one-team guy and I only got one guy from my team in this one, but I noticed a lot more volume with inserts here atop the parallels, which is an improvement over last year. The design also seems a little better for them in the approach (I might like 2020 better but this feels stronger than 2021) but I gave it the same grade as last year, though, since I think the basic player crop may not be as strong. The NIL guys help give this a little more potential than perhaps normal for the brand. All in all, this one should have a decent amount of stuff for the football-first fans to chase who like the hunt and small-school dark horses, too. With the NIL guys that could be a big key if somebody breaks out in the college ranks between now and next year.
