What's Buzz-worthy: With no Opening Day this year, I opted for an Opening Day of this one as a reminder that tomorrow is the last day for the Topps MVP Buyback promo if you have a participating card shop to cash in on Aaron Judge and Paul Goldschmidt cards found here. This box was easily average, maybe worse, save for an Ohtani appearance ... no real A-list value guys here in any spot otherwise ... and I actually paid full SRP for this one on a whim, too. (Ouch.) ... Blasters do deliver a lot of shots at parallels, making these perhaps a great spot to do some chasing, though, and I think while the buyback program exists, these blasters might be your best buy out there ... if you can find them on the cheaper side. Why? You never know how those Refractors or color might flow and you get several per box here ... with Judge and Goldschmidt possible in all those spots. There's a lot of simple stuff to like here and if boxes remain available after the promo expires these could get cheaper and be worth the look more than they had been.
