Base set completion:  57 of 400 (14 percent)
Duplicates: 0

Notables on base cards – Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Roberto Clemente, Eloy Jimenez, Randy Arozarena, Matt Olson

What's Buzz-worthy: At first glance I wasn't wowed by this single pack with the only insert being a common player as an SP, but a Hall of Famer, a top veteran, a top newcomer and at least one other notable RC helped things out quite a bit here. For a basic pack at SRP, this one was a win. I'll keep it as simple as that. I may be tempted to do a mega box at some point but Walmart's version was $60 this year and that's too steep for me to jump on it immediately -- I passed on a shelf of them along with new-arrival hanger boxes. But I likely will at some point. We'll see. For more thoughts on this one, check out my other breaks.

Pack Grade: A- (not much variety or flash but good names for one pack)
Fun Grade: B (some type of retail parallel in every pack could be an easy appealing thing here)
