What's Buzz-worthy: This one is right there in the Museum Collection wheelhouse -- if you land bigs, you'll know it but if you don't then this one might not appeal to you that much. The Mauer card here is one in 81 packs -- that's 21 boxes -- while the J-Rod isn't a tough pull but do the math there and it's roughly one in 34 boxes to pull a Copper of any one player. The other hits here aren't bad finds for star power, strong teams, low volume or young players but those still might not be what people are looking for here. These boxes can be hit and miss but you get your shot at the big stuff in every pack with particular types of cards all assured in a box. Your best bet is to do by the box to guarantee ink -- the Relic packs can be misses for the price -- and that's certainly not a new development for this brand. I graded this one higher than last year by a hair as I like the design here more -- it's got a high-gloss stock on the fronts but it's a bit soft so you will probably find issues on the card backs. I ran into that here a couple times ... unfortunately on the bigger cards. ... I have always liked the feel of this one but it is one that I have had more fun with just picking off what I like via singles or by doing group breaks -- but boxes like this do show there's big potential -- and this is a top box that can be topped with some luck.

Product Grade: A (I like the feel and design this year)
Box Grade: A+ (couple of big finds but stock seems soft and damage-prone -- watch for that on backs)
Fun Grade: B+ (variety is there but value for smaller stuff can be low ... that hurts fun to me)
