What's Buzz-worthy: The defending World Series champions' postseason came to and end almost immediately this year, meaning the only chance for bonus stuff here in the standard set -- 1,439 made -- were the parallels. (Parallels were /49, /25, /10, /5 and 1/1.) So that means there were no more than 900 sets that included them, though parallels also apparently were in play for the autograph sets, too. I took the chance on one of these relatively affordable sets over the autographed version for $35 more -- and that gave you a shot at ink from Austin Riley Spencer Strider or Dansby Swanson with a max of 567 sets possible there. I had hopes for a parallel and with Strider, Harris and Grissom in the mix here -- as well as Riley and Acuña and one of a few Olson Braves cards, this set is more stacked hobby-wise than perhaps some others this year. (Grissom and Harris will be Rookie Cards in 2023.) I'm a fan of a few players here so even getting skunked on a parallel I still like this one. I'll probably slab three of them, too, at some point.
