What's Buzz-worthy: At a glance this one may look like the norm, but a look at the odds on the wrapper makes this one an A+ box. Why? That Dugout Peeks card is one in 3,395 packs -- one in 95 boxes -- which is a pretty crazy find and then it's a Shohei Ohtani card atop that. It's a card that easily pays for the box and likely a few more. The only one I saw on an eBay search had an opening price of $300. It's rarer than many of the hits in this one and among the rarer finds in general from a brand that keeps it simple for its simple price but includes some annual staples such as mascot cards for all of the teams that have one. New this year are the perforated Triple Play cards that pair teammates, while some players' cards in the base set won't be found until Series 2. I didn't find a Wander Franco here but that doesn't matter with the big card here ... it's an A+ box. I'll drop some more thoughts when I rip into some retail of this one (ultimately same stuff just smaller boxes) -- my boxes there are still on the way.
Product Grade: A- (best stuff is still too rare but mix is good for price)
Box Grade: A+ (tough pull of a top name gets this box a top grade)
Fun Grade: B+
