What's Buzz-worthy: The Ozzie auto here? One in 376 packs -- one in 63 boxes -- and that pretty much bails out this box grade-wise along with the Kershaw Relic that is one in 94. The Freeman is also rarer per se at one in 44 packs but I don't think that one really rocks the boat, especially with him in his old uniform. (A Dodgers card with that scarcity would have helped out quite a bit.) The run of base cards here was relatively solid with five Hall of Famers and then one top active name with the rest being fine players but not all that valuable to collectors. The  other two autos felt a bit lean and high-volume for this kind of release -- names that have had their moments on the field but aren't really money guys. The Relics? The Kershaw is nice on the scarcity front and that Chapman includes a piece of his jersey from a game against the Tigers on Jackie Robinson Day last year -- a game where he had a double and two RBI in an 8-4 win. As I have said in past years, buying by the box is the absolute safest route here as each box guarantees three autos and three mem per, but if you can find these as single packs reasonably priced they can deliver pretty well -- but there's the risk of landing a Relic for that price. The scarcity of some stuff here helped keep this box a little more respectable (and statistically it gets an A from me based on odds) but I think it could have used one bigger-value name among the hits.
