What's Buzz-worthy: This box is among the cheapest out in the retail wild at $19.99 with a hit guaranteed -- and as you can see here some of those hits can be a big deal. These boxes are also bigger than past releases of this one with this box actually delivering an extra base card atop the 20 guaranteed. Atop that, you get 15 mini parallels and two colors of base parallels, which are a big upgrade from past versions that might have a card or two of this type in a blaster. The overall mix here can be collected pretty easily -- it's just 30 base card with the two parallels and a mini version for each. The hits packs can include on-card auto cards, memorabilia cards, cut autos, 1/1 sketch cards, a Grand Patch card or a Jared Kelley 1/1 painted art card. ... This box included 22 different names with Babe Ruth, dog racer Dallas Seavey and pro wrestler Joseph Ruud (aka Erick Redbeard or Erick Rowan) among the few in here (as seen on the box) not in this one. Some stars have a couple of different cards -- not variations as they have different card numbers -- so that adds a little more for fans of those names. The hit pack is an easy reason to rip here along with the surprise factor and there's big potential here, too, with Hall of Famer ink in traditional sports and stuff for some who don't have a lot of other cards. I suspect I'll rip more soon.
