What's Buzz-worthy: This one was a straggler left on the shelf, so I played the superstition card -- you know, never leave the last one -- and, well, I should have. Sure, the Rutschman is a good find as well as maybe the Peña SP and the Blue Jays insert (at least for me with Bichette) but the rest is pretty standard and pretty dry here ... and, remember, the SRPs on blasters are higher than they used to be. It might not sound like a big deal, but at least a "miss" box hurts less if it's cheaper. ... This one once again reinforces my previous thought that there needs to be more in Heritage boxes through the rest of the 1970s years (save for maybe next year) to get things a little more interesting. Why? If things are too tough to find then there's no point in opening or collecting them and the basic stuff won't gain value, either, if boxes remain findable or if the overall volume is so high. ... Hit hobby boxes for a guaranteed hit in every box -- and there are  a few autos in every case -- and that's how I'll eventually go. I've easily done more of this one than any other release this year so far on the retail front ... so it's probably my fav of the year so far.
