What's Buzz-worthy: With #BuzzMania7 set for Friday, I figured I'd use #WrestlingCardWednesday for a little cheap-pop publicity by showcasing a set of wrestling card collectors. This one didn't make the Friday marathon lineup of a dozen breaks in a dozen hours ... but I considered it. This set, a sequel to a first set of 50, arrived late last year with cards for 50 collectors from around the world in play and a metal parallel card for each one found just one per set. These are cleanly crafted and crisply printed cards and the metals are limited to just three copies per card so that caps the basic sets at 150. Among the notables? Pro wrestler and heavy collectors Matt Cardona and Brian Myers, pro ref and card-breaker Brandon Tolle and a more than a few collectors you might see online tweeting and talking about cards elsewhere ... even some collecting royalty. (Not sure why they let that Buzz guy in, though.) I initially picked up a couple sets and then these four after that when my metal cards hadn't yet surfaced ... but, alas, I didn't find mine among the four metals in the gallery.
