From time to time, Buzz will break a box of something and break down the results here. Like this and want to see more -- or maybe there's a box you'd want to see busted? Send Buzz an email at BlowoutBuzz@blowoutcards.com.

What's Buzz-worthy: The fourth AEW flagship release hits retail with bigger packs but fewer of them and fewer cards per box -- and that mostly hits the inserts -- but this might be the best AEW flagship set yet based on the crispness of the photos (and the checklist not being as dated) and the overall clean-up of the cards vs. others that had condition issues regularly appearing out of these packs. There's still some of that but not on nearly every card such as in previous years. The base set is small in the big picture -- 100 cards with 70 stars, 20 tag teams and trios and then 10 card labeled as crew, which are announcers and referees. There are a lot of parallels to be found and even in these small boxes there are a few ... just not as much depth for inserts in the boxes this time. I landed some favorites right away -- several in my first pack which made a good first impression -- and it delivered well. The bigger packs and fewer inserts mean a big chunk of the set every time in every blaster. That may not help values in the long run but it does give you volume to collect and more good names, too. (If the set was three times larger, then stars would arrive less often.) All in all for a small box this delivered pretty well. I'll likely do some more.
