What's Buzz-worthy: My hangers felt more like bangers vs. this one as this one was, well, pretty dull except for the fact that I landed almost twice as many inserts and more than double the RCs ... but even that wasn't very fruitful for top names. The Cardboard Gods wanted me to like this one with the parallel card of the guy I collect here, Bo Bichette, but those are every other box here. The biggest pull was a card I almost missed -- the 1990 insert with the pink background that's one in 508 packs. Asking prices on eBay are under $8 ... so I'm sure they're missed or the odds aren't seen. The Holiday parallels in this format are can't-miss cards visually but I think I prefer the hanger exclusives -- actually, I know I prefer those over these. The rest was pretty much the same standard stuff with more volume on the retail-only Stars of MLB, too. ... As I've noted before, the foilboard effect is back on every single card but instead of going dark on the borders it's a mash-up of 1982, 1984 and 2019 with a light modern look this time around. Does it work? Yes. ... If you like what you see, rip into jumbo for your best results with a guaranteed autograph and Relic and maybe more.
