What's Buzz-worthy: I picked up a few of these awhile back so here are a couple more. Why? They're some affordable variety with small potential for coming out ahead and/or just a way to pick up a little volume on the cheap. This time? That Walmart variant could come close to paying for a decent part of the pack (if not all of it), while the character names here were a little better than some I have opened. The Ms. Marvel book is one that perhaps pays for it all (maybe both packs) depending on condition as there's some seeming reverse logic here -- it's a third print showing that it was popular ... but apparently that also makes it a little tougher find. (Sales prices on all of these can be all over the place so this is just this casual comics newb's quick take.) ... The conditions here are generally very clean and tight but in some instances among the handful I opened there are issues from how these are shrink-wrapped to boards. If you land something of note here, odds are the kind of small damage you might find here should press out as long as it's not a dramatic surface gouge. Either way, as a bargain/starter way to dabble I don't hate the volume here ... plus these are a little older. Ones out on store shelves right now will and can regularly include newer issues and variants.
