The biggest weekend in pro wrestling is here with WrestleMania 39 set for this Saturday and Sunday from Los Angeles. We'll make today a big one for wrestling collectors right here on The Buzz with #BuzzMania6, a marathon of WWE wax box/pack breaks all day long.

This seventh break of the day is a half-case of a release that has the potential to deliver big ... but without breaking the bank. What will happen this time?

My Take Before I Broke This: This brand was one that was in my wheelhouse pretty hard during all of its years with the Topps run -- Topps returned to WWE in 2005 and this one ran from 2016 to 2021 -- but this format was a COVID tweak that changed its feel ... maybe for the good. However, the big names in the hits really eluded me in a lot of my past breaks, especially on the autograph front, to where I didn't open a lot of this one. It never went retail so that didn't help, either. It's a modestly priced box even now -- not a bad thing -- but with one auto and one mem per box there will still be a number of misses for that price. I was able to find a half-case for a decent price so here we are.

Who Won The Battle? No real battle here other than COVID ... though delays likely did impact some of the inclusions. Like, for example, there are some new names on Roster cards but they're nowhere to be found among the base highlights ... despite them only being in NXT at the time. That stings a bit as the newcomers are a key point from a card perspective and none of these women's highlights or stars made it into the NXT set (for the most part) beyond hits as they were saved for here. (One example of this is next ... but she, like others, got a lot of moments cards in the 2021 release as the highlights got caught up there.)

The Top Rookie: There are not a lot of them in this release -- even in this foursome -- and ironically all of them had name changes to some degree after these cards, making them feel more locked into a time and place. I'll go with my favorite, Shotzi, as the top rookie despite it being one card that I'm not the biggest fan of photo-wise.

Card That Stole The Show: The Baszler auto plate card is a nice find as it's one in 173 boxes -- that's one in 22 cases -- and these are nicely done for manufactured Relics. This is also the type of auto that would be the tougher pull in retail had those boxes been made. The Lynch Black Relic also was a contender along with that Gold auto but the Lynch is one in 131 boxes (17 cases) and the Duke is one in 58 boxes. For the price, three rarer finds like this is good but I'm probably not ahead as better names in these spots could be better money-makers. Lynch might be the best of them dollars-wise.

Lot Grade: A- ... three bigger cards helped but big names beyond maybe Lynch would have made it better.

The Bottom Line: These will be hit and miss -- I hit on some rarer stuff -- but the names weren't quite top-tier. Fine in the ring ... but on cardboard not the best names. There are some strong autos to be found, though, and that will keep me looking for some of them later.
