The biggest weekend in pro wrestling is here with WrestleMania 40 set for this Saturday and Sunday from Philadelphia. We'll make today a big one for wrestling collectors right here on The Buzz with #BuzzMania7, a marathon of WWE wax box/pack breaks all day long.
This one arrived around the time of BuzzMania two years ago and was all the rage -- some justified and some absolute hype, too -- but there's no doubting that the Panini America WWE debut is a historic release. Why? It's jam-packed with color and an absolute boatload of Rookie Cards for starters ... though this format isn't perhaps as generous as others. As this break will show, though, it's worth the look ... as things can sometimes run hot.

My Take Before I Broke This: I reluctantly added this one to my lineup but still did as these small boxes are pretty cheap -- and while they typically don't deliver all that well they are consistent with Green and Silver flowing regularly and a boatload of Rookie Cards -- basically a quarter of the set are names who didn't have any cardboard before this arrival. Landing one of those big rookies here in some of the color spots can be a simple win. If you can swing it and dig it, do the bigger boxes at the link up top as there are autos in play every time and a bunch of color possibly awaiting you, too, with big-money potential on the rare stuff that would make Ted DiBiase proud and make Cameron Grimes utter three key words. #ToooTheMooooooon!
Who Won The Battle? I definitely won this time with a pair of Pulsars -- and one being inked. The Greens also showed up for the Mania main-event picture with Heyman, The Rock, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins all showing up in a retail-only color. A Hall of Famer and Hollywood heavyweight in Batista ain't shabby, either, though that photo isn't that powerful.

The Top Rookies: I landed what I see as the top four RCs here all in the same blaster -- Tiffany Stratton, Carmelo Hayes, Bron Breakker and Cora Jade. Stratton is the easy big of the bunch right now as she's had a very impressive arrival while the others figure to do things, too. I got a good volume of RCs in this one but missed on several other young names in this one -- but was happy with the crop I landed. This is the Prizm case I should have done with all of those rookies.
--
Card That Stole The Show: The Morgan ink is an easy winner here with it being a $200 sale on eBay and the lone copy at the time I prep this with an asking price even higher. My auto runs off the sticker -- about the only bummer there -- but it's a win ... and it looks like a card I'd likely slab, too.
Lot Grade: A+ ... The autos here -- likely a standard auto -- will only be found once or twice per case from what I've seen and the Pulsar ink here of a top veteran made this one an absolute winner.
Fun Grade: A- ... This release and format normally would not have gotten an A from me, but this run of five blasters simply delivered. It's still a very lean break, though, if you miss on an auto, numbered card or key name in a good spot.
--
The Bottom Line: Low-price boxes ripped with some volume can pay off ... and this one shows how that can happen with just one card.
