Card That Stole The Show: Tough call on this one as it's a safe-with-volume style break -- the Belair auto might be one to watch longer-term but my favorite of this box was the Sane as I already had picked up singles of Evans and Rush. Sane gets the win here to me with Evans and Belair vying for second.

What's Buzz-worthy: This is one I had waited to rip into because you never know how some of these prospective stars will pan out -- generally, though these releases have been aging well thanks to an autograph in every pack. This one might still be cooking compared to previous years but they all have one drawback in common -- super-skinny stock. Under iPhone light, it doesn't look like any of my autos are worthy of top-tier grades (black borders plus skinny stock equals specks here and there). That's a bummer but it's not Undisputed. (If the autos were on that stock ... home run.) If you can find these cheaper than the norm, they are a decent break with the auto in every pack and the potential for parallels that can really help if you land the right color on the right name. I think about half of my autos here hold up as better than the average and about the only bummer is that two parallels were of the same star -- one I admittedly don't know a lot about yet. I'm not that big of a fan of highlights cards but the mix here seems comfortable and over time there could be names that emerge and develop demand. This will be the last run of NXT cards with an auto in every pack as Topps has announced that the 2019 version will be cheaper -- more like a standard box with two hits per. This may be one I rip more often when it presents itself as I didn't land a few of the top names that are possible here on the men's side.
