Card That Stole The Show: Tough call on this one. I really like the base set here ... but the auto is still the winner.

What's Buzz-worthy: Here's a throwback box that's not all that easily found compared to others from the past -- and it's from a time where the WWE roster had a ton of names both new and old and that's reflected on some crisp throwback stuff. This was the second release of Heritage WWE after Topps landed the license and this one includes an autograph as well as a Relic in every box. There aren't any other inserts or parallels in hobby boxes, so it's a break that's simple and all about the hits. Interestingly, there was not an auto in every box in the first year of this brand (it had on-card autos and a deep checklist). This one has silver-foil stickers -- not a great look for Heritage -- along with glossed cards but it is what it is. This release uses the 1963 (basic part set), 1972 (Divas) and 1954 Topps (legends) baseball designs has a pretty good feel, though the 1954 is the weakest of the three. You can get a classic mix of big names and memorable busts and even a Dolph Ziggler pre-Rookie Card with the Spirit Squad. The only big challenges are some of the cards found only in specific pack types and then a John Cena hat Relic that's just much rarer than other mem cards. This is a fun one that I busted a lot back in the day because it was cheap -- and because it delivered pretty well for that price.
