Buzz's BlowoutTV Breakdown: Thrill of victory, agony of defeat

Group breaks have been a game-changer for the card industry for several years now and from time to time Buzz will jump into a BlowoutTV break of some type and break down the results of what he landed by picking up a team. Initial Reaction: I'll admit this one was a late-night break that happened after I had fallen asleep but landing the White Sox here was a big win. Why? Luis Robert's presence here ... and maybe a few others.

Final Thoughts: It's probably good that I was asleep for this one ... my results were a snoozer. The thrill of victory in getting a team that doesn't deliver the big name? Well, it doesn't get you much except the agony of defeat. It happens though I've not really done a lot of breaks where there isn't a reasonable expectation for hits based on the number of spots and the number of hits -- I stick to safe ones. Why? Results like this one -- though the upside here is worth it considering how nutty box prices for this stuff can be these days. Big potential is all over the place as these are go-to brands for some of the biggest baseball cards in the hobby. This one should also serve as something for conspiracy theorists to chew on ... nothing special for Buzz this time.
