The most-famous feline of the last week now has a football card.

Panini America's real-time football card platform, Panini Instant, has injected some extra fun with this week's releases as the black cat that interrupted Monday night's Cowboys-Giants game has been carded.

An appropriately colored 1/1 Black parallel of the card is already sold out, while two other versions of the card are available for a limited time.

Another big week for one of the NFL's big names? It shouldn't be a surprise ...

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson put on a show with five TDs in a 40-34 win over the Bucs but his 378 yards weren't enough to lead the NFL this week (that was Matthew Stafford's claim to fame in a loss). Two of those TDs and 152 yards went to Tyler Lockett and rookie DK Metcalf had six catches for 123 and a TD. He's easily on pace for a career year as he leads the league in TDs and is on pace for a career yardage mark, too. For his career he's comparing very well -- he's on par with Peyton Manning, Dan Marino, Brett Favre, Jim Kelly and Fran Tarkenton, who are all Hall of Famers or locks for Canton, at this point.

Wilson's autograph has never been much to look at with an "RC" of sorts being all it is, but collectors don't care and shouldn't as his 2012 Rookie Cards and autos should have "big" status and should continue that way. There could be more fluctuations and gains to be made with his WRs but Wilson is the easy long-term grab if you thin about how big-name QB cards have gone in the 2000s.

Like many collectors, Buzz is a fan of grading and knows that there are many reasons that collectors choose to slab cards. Sometimes it's to enhance the appeal and protect them when selling. Other times it's to protect an investment for the long-term or to protect for sentimental reasons. Or, it might be just for fun or curiosity about a potential grade.

Here's this month's grading diary here on The Buzz ...

The Card: Dak Prescott 2016 Donruss #362 Rookie Card
The Reason Bought: It takes a pretty good deal for one of my buys to lead off here instead of one of my newly submitted grades, but this one was just that. This is one of those cards that is relatively available if you want to chase one down and slab it for some fun or profit. My cost? About $22, which might seem high generally speaking but isn't for its grade -- this was about half the price of the other cards in the same grade where I was looking at the time. They are even higher now.
The Grade: BGS 10

Reality Check: This one is just a half-grade away from a perfect BGS Black slab and the percentage of cards to get this mark is pretty low vs. the overall total. That's what surprised me here more and prompted the pick-up. It's a relatively heavily graded card, too, which you'd think would have resulted in more 10s. (Paper stock can be more pesky than Optic stuff when it comes to grading, though.)

The Item: Zion Williamson & R.J. Barrett 2019-20 Panini Prizm Draft Picks College Ties Black Mosaic (1/1) (BGS 9.5/10)
The Price: $15,401 after 63 bids (eight days remaining)
Why it’s Buzz-worthy: This card has taken on a life of its own on social media as it was pulled in a video and then taken to Texas for grading -- but then the story took another turn when its owner decided there needed to be a different finish to this card's story ... an auction where 100 percent of the money raised goes to charity. Listen to him make his decision public right here. The Zion prices have been crazy but this one could get even more dramatic before it ends -- it was at five-figures within the first day of its listing, despite Williamson being out (for now) with an injury.

Started strong, ended with the win.

Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp put on a show in the first half of things on Sunday against the Bengals but settled down after that in a 24-10 win. Ultimately the only numbers that matter are the final ones -- seven catches for 220 yards and a TD. At the half, he looked like he might be pushing the NFL's single-game receiving record but Kupp didn't even come close to the team record, either, as both are 336 yards set by Willie "Flipper" Anderson with 336 yards back in 1989.

Kupp is among the loaded 2017 rookie crop so chasing him in wax form might not be that easy now but there's a chance he's tucked away in boxes where people landed the other guys and let the rest sit. An injury prevented him from Super Bowl time last year but he's averaging 99 yards a game this season and could set career-highs for TDs and yardage with a solid showing in his next game.

There's a new player in the sports card landscape that you might already know pretty well depending on your taste in shoes.

StockX, a Detroit-based company founded in 2015, has perhaps been best known for helping collectors of in-demand basketball shoes like the Air Jordan 6 Travis Scott model you see here by being a platform for users to make and take offers in a few select categories.

But beginning this month there's a new addition to the company's lineup -- graded sports cards.

"Staying true to our mantra as the world’s first 'Stock Market of Things,' we are excited to announce trading cards as a brand new category for StockX," read a company statement. "We have been researching the trading-card space for a long time, and believe that our stock-market model will provide collectors and enthusiasts alike a superior e-commerce experience."
