COMC.com and its users benefit from Upper Deck e-Pack addition

comc One week ago, Upper Deck revealed its e-Pack program of digital hockey cards that can be instantly sold online if eligible.

It's a dramatic move for cards in the digital realm -- and it's been a move that has benefitted its partner in the program, COMC.com, which provides the platform for collectors to sell their real cardboard.

It's also benefitted non-hockey sellers on the site, according to COMC founder and CEO Tim Getsch.

"We have seen increases across the board -- new accounts, page views, sales, shipment requests," he told The Buzz. "Many people have been commenting about the noticeable increase in sales. A lot of people are discovering COMC for the first time and many others are discovering us again."
