ZION! ZION! ZION!
The Item: Kobe Bryant & Zion Williamson 2019-20 NBA Hoops Art Signatures dual-auto (BGS 9.5/10)
The Price: $99,999.99 Buy-It-Now (or best offer)
Why it’s Buzz-worthy: This card is an interesting one in that, unless there was some other seriously advanced-planning signing sessions last year, it will absolutely never happen again making it an even more amazing (and somber) creation. This is one of the rarest inclusions in hobby boxes of 2019-20 NBA Hoops with on-card autographs of the future Hall of Famer gone too soon and the rookie who has dominated the league so far this year. Williamson just recently posted a career-high scoring night -- and more are likely on the way as he is putting up a more-than-respectable scoring streak. Any and all Zion ink will be in demand more than ever -- and this one might hold up as one of the the biggest autos of them all no matter what one-of-a-kind high-end stuff might be coming. This came out of a super-affordable flagship-style Hoops pack and it's a classic. I don't see it getting that BIN price, but I could see some big, big offers. Right now it's the highest of just two copies graded ... and we have no idea how many more might even have been signed.

GET IN THE GAME!
The Item: Phil Hughes game-used 2011 American League Division Series Game 5 jersey (MLB Authenticated/Steiner)
The Price: $999.99 Buy-It-Now (or best offer)
Why it’s Buzz-worthy: You might know No. 65 as a card-collecting, video-making pair of hands these days as Phil's Pulls over on YouTube, but back on Oct. 6, 2011, he was an arm for the New York Yankees putting in a scoreless appearance in this jersey -- the last he wore that season as they lost to the Detroit Tigers. With his profile on the card scene a little enhanced lately, you may see some past cards getting new looks and some rarities getting bigger asking prices -- but the direction I'd go would be the certified gamer route (if on the cheap) as the Yankees' stuff is all over the place thanks to the team's long-running Steiner deal. This is a pretty solid piece, though, as it's from a postseason game and you can find a number of images to photo-match the pinstripes' interaction with the Yankees logo, though the stain on the lower side of the jersey isn't apparent. (Since it's MLB Authenticated you don't need to match it ... but that's like, fun, to gamer collectors. More fun than watching a guy open baseball cards on video, though?)

BLAME IT ON RIO?
The Item: Dansby Swanson & Rio Ruiz 2017 Topps Heritage Chrome Gold Refractor (/5) (BGS 9.5)
The Price: $299.99 Buy-It-Now (or best offer)
Why it’s Buzz-worthy: This is a rare card with a solid price tag attached and it's probably due to the guy on the left -- you should know him -- but the guy on the right is a bit of a stat sheet standout so far this spring. In just six games (now with the Orioles) he's gone 11-for-18 (.611!) with three doubles and a homer. Ruiz appears on just three RCs and a relatively modest overall volume of cards (under 400) with more than 100 different autographs. He had an OK season last year -- 12 homers and 46 RBI in 127 games -- but hit just .232. A hot spring always does things -- weird things -- when it comes to cardboard ... so that's why you see this one here. (Though I will admit I'm a sucker for multi-player RCs ... blame this one on Rio.) His early and rare prospect autos have some meaty price tags attached, too, if you want to go that direction.

A MASTERFUL NEXT MOVE?
The Item: Matt Hardy 2018 Topps WWE Then, Now, Forever Blue Autograph (/50)
The Price: $21.72 Buy-It-Now
Why it’s Buzz-worthy: This wrestling veteran is probably out there among the chatter heavily today as he's a "free agent" and has a serious social media and online following chewing up every move he makes. A video he released today shows that some of his absurd (and 100-percent memorable) stuff from the past that he owns might be showing up with WWE rival AEW tonight ... or sometime soon. The Frederick Douglass-style haircut, a "broken" and then "woken" speaking style -- you have to just see it to try and understand it -- are all 100-percent intentional and 150-percent chuckle-worthy. He's got plenty of autographs from plenty of past releases but I think there could be  some added attention with his new chapters that are coming. This is one of my favorite sets and parallel colors, too.
